Implement the "Settle in Lianyungang Action" for young personnel. The new personnel policies have greatly improved the standards of housing vouchers and living subsidies for personnel, and increased support to attract young professionals. Among them, the standard of housing vouchers for graduates and undergraduates from China's list of First-class Universities and Disciplines of the World has been raised from 50,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan to 150,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan respectively; the living allowance standards for doctoral, master's and undergraduate students have been increased from 2,000 yuan, 1,500 yuan, and 800 yuan per month to 3,000 yuan, 2,000 yuan, and 1,000 yuan per month respectively, and the issuance period was extended to three years. Postdoctoral fellows introduced to local enterprises will be given a living subsidy of 160,000 yuan in two years, and a maximum of 100,000 yuan of scientific research project funding. Besides, Lianyungang Outstanding Student Scholarship was established.
